We offer a range of opportunities to match your experience and career goals: Apprentice (Level I), Lead Technician (Level II), and Supervisor (Level III).
• Our Apprentice (Level I) role is perfect for those eager to learn and grow with hands-on experience.
• The Lead (Level II) position is ideal for mid-level professionals ready to lead, train apprentices, and preferably hold a NICET certification OR willing to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• For seasoned and licensed experts, our Supervisor (Level III) role offers leadership over teams and projects.
You will be considered based on your experience relative to the requirements of Level I, II, and III professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Basic knowledge of electrical and/or pipe or sprinkler systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
• Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve climbing, balancing, and working in various positions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, after hours, and on weekends as required to meet project demands.
